Warehouse & Logistics Team Leader required for a role based in Coventry
Permanent: £35,000 – £40,000

– Managing overall strategy related to the import of goods
– Making sure that collection of goods from our EU partners
– Working closely with our custom clearance agent
– Resolving any issue related to collections or deliveries.
– Reporting/resolving any issues related to delivered goods.
– Making sure that delivered goods are logged correctly in the system as well as on stock movement, checking for discrepancies.
– Monitor freight cost and lorries efficiency.
– Monitoring and managing differences in operation for UK and Ireland, to make sure right actions has been taken.
– Implement and manage all BREXIT related changes.
– Providing support for Australian orders, arranging collection, processing orders in the system, preparing custom clearance paper works.

– Overseeing receiving, warehousing and distribution operations.
– Managing overall daily work in the warehouse to makes sure all orders has been processed on time and goods dispatched.
– Working closely with delivery partners such as DPD, Tuffnells, BONDS, RED
– Space management – planning storage space, making changes to existing set up to be able to store all required goods.
– Plan future requirement to be able to fulfil service department demand.
– Seeking for new delivery opportunities, negotiate prices and contract terms.
– Managing waste disposal
– Arranging packaging equipment for warehouse, researching and sourcing alternatives
– Providing support and trainings to existing and new members of staff
– Cover weekends for dispatching parts out of our Coventry warehouse.
– Implementing and managing Health and Safety procedures, making sure that warehouse is safe place to work. Providing health and safety equipment for staff.
– Overlooking, maintaining, and providing service for racking system, truck, and any other warehouse equipment


Spare parts replenishment for UK and IE warehouses
– Managing and control movement of spare parts
– Checking discrepancies on regular basis (INFOR vs warehouses)
– Liaising any issue with warehouses
– Managing spare parts replenishment requirement, minimum stock level, investigation, and amendment of requirement.
– Processing all replenishment orders for UK and IE with internal and external suppliers using the INFOR system
– Managing purchase orders
– Liaising any issue with suppliers
– Arranging for collections/deliveries
– Checking suppliers' orders for any discrepancies, processing in the INFOR system making sure qty and cost are correct.
– Answering all queries related to stock level and stock movement
– Stock takes preparation.
– Arranging, managing, and carrying out stock take for finish goods.
– Stock reports and discrepancies management
– Supporting service team with any queries related to spare parts such as part numbers, prices, availability, gaining new parts etc
– Working closely with Austrian and Czech colleagues regarding to any spare parts related issues

Finish goods stock control for UK and Ireland
– Manage and control movement of finished goods.
– Resolving any discrepancies related to goods in and out.
– Checking discrepancies on weekly basis (INFOR vs. external warehouse)
– Liaising any issue with subcontractors
– Checking and signing storage invoices
– Answering all queries related to stock level and stock movement
– Stock takes preparation.
– Arranging, managing, and carrying out stock take for finish goods and owned goods.
– Stock reports and discrepancies management
– Finished goods external supplier orders control.

3rd party spare parts orders
– Prepare customer quotations.
– Order processing with internal and external suppliers
– Arranging collection/deliveries, POD
– Order invoicing
– PO orders management
