Venatu Recruitment Group are delighted to be working with our client who are a Lyon-based company, who are a leader in its sector, listed on the stock exchange, employing around 270 employees for € 44M turnover. They have been creating a wide range of power solutions for the Broadcast Film & Video industry for well over 30 years.
Reporting to the European Sales Director, you are in charge of implementing the commercial development strategy of the United Kingdom based in England composed of around thirty employees (including 20 sales).
To develop the three main sectors of the company: the distribution market and the maintenance market, the audio-visual market and are the local relay for the 'OEM (design). To identify the objectives, the markets and the different players.
To set up a development schedule with action plans and an associated budget.
To be responsible for the operational management of the site, for which you guarantee the implementation of commercial actions, the development of teams' skills and financial profitability. To establish a quality social dialogue, take care of prevention and the safety of your employees.
To master the reading and monitoring of a P&L
To carry out all of your missions in a spirit of continuous improvement while respecting internal processes and group policy.
Regular travel to be provided in France and England to customers
The position is on a local contract and the person should be based in England
Support is provided for improving your skills in your functions as well as your development in our company. Flexible hours as well as teleworking can be considered depending on your situation and the constraints of the position.
IS THIS YOU?
Holder of a higher education type Bac +5 Business School or Technical Engineer
Have at least 10 years of professional experience in a position including multidisciplinary team management and / or in sales, commerce, acquired partly in the technical products sector.
Master the rules of international trade. Fluency in English
Have a strong appetite for IT tools, e-commerce and numbers. Rigor, organization, priority management, interpersonal skills, curiosity and leadership are your assets for success in this position.
