We are hiring an experienced telephone Customer Service Advisor with a clear snd concise telephone manner to join a fast-paced office located in Uxbridge. This is a temping role based in the office, the hours are full-time Monday to Friday 8:30-5 pm. We can only consider applicants who have worked in an office role dealing with customers over the phone.
* Answering calls from business customers
* Entering information on the inhouse systems
* Raising orders as per the client's request
* Following up with the information required
* Providing support and advice as best you can
* Reporting activity to the team leader
* Working proactively to ensure the company is represented well
* Actively working to support colleagues and customers
