Technical support engineer
£25000-£28000 + 10% shift allowance + Training + Autonomy + pension + Holiday
Are you a hands on maintenance engineer or field service engineer looking to come off the tools but still want to be in a technical role?

This company are a market leader within the renewable energy industry. Growing from strength to strength the next few years are going to be very exciting for the company as they look to significantly grow.
In this role you will be the focal point for customers across the UK. Based in the new purpose built hub you will be managing each of their sites remotely from the control centre. You will act as technical support as well as someone who liaises with engineers and customers.
The ideal candidate will come from a hands on role but wants to come off the tools, full training will be given.
This is an ideal role for a maintenance engineer or field service engineer who is looking to join a growing company where you will be a vital cog in the wheel.
*Working a four on four off shift pattern.
*6:00-15:00, 14:00-23:00, 22:00-07:00.
*Full training provided.
*Monitoring refueling stations
*Bridging the gap between the customer and the engineers.
*Providing a focal point for emergency response.
*Have a hands on technical background but wants to come off the tools.
*Happy to work independently and in a team.
*Keen to learn, develop and progress your skill sets.
