The Company:
Our client is a dynamic & fast growing Software Solutions & analytics company working across all sectors

Main duties:
Part of the Global Customer Success Team, and provide customer support .
Answering questions on function and usage of our products, deploys company solutions
Work closely with various cross-functional teams to improve the functionality and usability of their products

The Role:
– Provide statistics, basic installation, licensing, product use and capabilities assistance to customers
– Improve the effectiveness of Customer Success department by identifying roadblocks
– Always looking for opportunities to improve departmental processes
– Accurately resolve customer cases and perform call support research
– Maintain customer records and information including suggestions for improvements
– Communicate feedback on roadmaps, enhancements and new products
– Partner with Leadership to deployment methodology, process and customer experience
– Represent the customer on cross-functional teams
– Liaise with Sales where expertise is required

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English & French
– Additional fluency in German – advantageous
– Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics or related discipline preferred
– Related technical discipline with significant statistical coursework also considered
– Experience with at least one computer programming language, such as Python, R, SAS, Java, C#, advantageous
– Working knowledge of computer processes including programming, server systems, and networking is preferred.
– A focus on outcomes and able to drive team goals to align with company goals.
– Exposure to the daily activities carried out by Customer Success functions beneficial, but not essential.
– Strive for constant progress and provide a continual evaluation of processes and procedures.

Salary: circa up to £35,000 pa DOE
