Service Desk Analyst
£23,000 + £3,700 shift allowance
I am working in partnership with a Global Technology and Innovation partner with offices in over 45 countries.
They are expanding one of their current Service Desk of 20 and are looking for multiple SC cleared Service Desk Analysts, with experience of working within an ITIL environment, to support a major client in the public sector.
You will be providing 1st line support via email and telephone for incidents uploaded on the portal. You will also be working with the other teams to assist with major incidents.
This is a 24×7 operational environment and you will be required to work shift patterns including nights and weekends.
In return, the client is offering an excellent salary and benefits package including bonus and 10% pension.
