We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Wealth Management Administrator to join a growing, boutique financial services firm, based in South Birmingham.
On a day to day basis, this role will see preparing and maintaining accurate documentation of client accounts and acting as the main point of contact for inbound queries on behalf of the organisation. Providing the Managing Director and Practise Manager with efficient business administration support, you will be comfortable with collating reports, annual client reviews and preparing presentations to the highest standard. This varied role comes with great responsibility, as you will be acting as the face of the organisation, meeting and greeting clients in a professional manner, organising external and internal client visits and ensuring all meetings are effectively co-ordinated and managed. You will update and maintain the company database with all relevant client details, making revisions wherever necessary.
Supporting the case management process, you will be comfortable liaising with key internal and external stakeholders at all levels, ensuring clients receive the high level of service they expect. You will be working to strict deadlines in a fast paced, professional environment, consistently completing work to a high standard and effectively managing the diary of a busy Managing Director, ensuring business relationships are maintained and developed over time.
This opportunity will require you to have experience working in a financial services or wealth management environment, with previous experience providing team or 1-to-1 support, ensuring day to day business operations run efficiently. Working confidently in a high-pressure environment, the ability to confidently use Microsoft Office software will be required. Crucially, you will have strong communication skills, a great attitude and a dedication to providing the highest level of service to your clients and the wider team.
