We are hiring an experienced Administrator to work full time for our client in this office-based job in Hayes, Middlesex, the hours of work are 8:30-5 pm and candidates living within a 5-mile radius are preferred. It is essential that applicants have previous experience in a similar role with an understanding of accounts and ISO and to be considered.

Duties

* Preparing and submitting high volume invoices

* Monitoring all finance templates for required changes

* Processing new and lapsed customers on the internal system

* Updating records according to changes in the customers business

* Carry out and administer annual price reviews where required

* Support with ad-hoc projects to be determined

* Ensure the Health & Safety procedure is being adhered to

* Maintain paperwork and timesheets for temps and contractors

* Responsible for the company ISO accreditation

* Carrying out health surveillance, COSHH, first aid and DSE checks

* Support with company audits

* Answering phone calls into the office

* Handle vehicle matters relating to charges for parking and leasing

* Cover for colleagues during annual leave
