Growth has created opportunity for an ambitious Senior Account Executive to join one of the most progressive insurance broking firms in the UK regions.

The management team have big plans, supported by strong recent investment, and are looking for two career driven individuals, to act as the senior members of the sales and client teams.

There are two roles available here – one in the North West, and one in the Midlands and South West – where you'll act as the regional figurehead for the respective areas.

This role could lead to a management position, for the right person.

As Senior Account Executive, you will:

Act as the figurehead of the Account Executive team in your region, involved in the retention of larger cases and leading on the new business charge.
Enjoy the progressive, commercial culture where everyone contributes, without politics or red tape.
Be rewarded with a strong financial package, including base to £60,000 plus lucrative bonus and incentives.
Work closely with the hands on management team, at this successful independent firm to create the right culture.
