Sales Order Process Coordinator Requirements:

Sales Order Processing background and experience with solely managing contracts in a Business to Business environment.
Excellent organisational skills and proven experience of managing multiple projects simultaneously and achieving allocated project timelines.
Experience of creating and implementing transactional processes within an ERP system that reflect the intricacy of agreed contractual arrangements.
Strong interpersonal skills and confident in liaising with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all communication is customer focussed.
Experience with learning and using various software systems relevant to an SOP function (Access Dimensions Accounting software is desired).
Candidates will ideally have experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical sectors.

Sales Order Process Coordinator Responsibilities:

Manage the sales order process end to end.
Establish a professional rapport with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all relevant contractual obligations are being met on time without query.
Monitor all projects and liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure they are informed of how invoices will be raised and thereafter keep them up to date as to when invoicing for completed work is carried out.
Produce reports on time to management to how both historic and future forecasts or revenue recognition features of all projects.
You may be required to assist with the construction of contract agreements to ensure they contain realistic revenue recognition.
