Position – Registered Manager
Location – Birmingham & Burton Upon Trent
Salary – up to £42,000 per annum
Hours – 40 hours per week

About the Service – This service is a residential children's home. They provide safe and effective care for children who experience various behavioural or emotional difficulties. The aim of the service is to make the children feel safe and to make the house a home for them.

Duties — The purpose of this role is to run the residential home and to be responsible for the members of staff who work there. Duties will include: making sure that the children's needs are met, making sure they are protected from harm, ensuring the home is Ofsted compliant, managing the staff team, developing care plans, recruiting new members of staff, etc.
Experience – The ideal candidate will have experience of working as a registered manager in a residential children's home. Ideally you will have NVQ Level 5 and Level 3.
