Technical Sales Manager – Saint-Gobain PAM – Regional: Midlands & Southwest

This role is working with Saint-Gobain PAM covering Midlands & Southwest patch. Saint-Gobain PAM is the premier supplier of ductile iron and cast iron products to the UK's key utilities, telecoms, highways, civil engineering, construction and housing companies.
As a Technical Sales Manager the primary purpose of the role is to develop and drive the Sales strategy across the soil & drain cast iron product ranges within a designated region, directly contributing to the business' overall Sales strategy.
Reporting to the Sales & Specification Manager the TSM will have a deep and thorough understanding of the strategic objectives for the Sales function (through the Policy Deployment process), and translate this into a clearly defined Regional Sales Strategy. The role will be accountable for the delivery of the strategy on a short-medium term time line.
This is a regional position covering Midlands & Southwest.
What skills and experience are we looking for?
Previous experience in Sales/Key Account Management (Desireable)
Experience in selling within the specification & building distributor markets would be a significant advantage
Someone with an Architectural, M&E or Drainage technical background may excel due to the nature of product range
