Interaction Recruitment are currently looking for a Recruitment Advisor to join our internal team based out of our office in Wolverhampton City Centre.

Role

Working as a Recruitment Advisor, your role will be to work closely with our clients to support them with all of their recruitment needs. Your daily activities will involve writing and placing job adverts on external job boards, reviewing CVs, speaking to applicants to determine their suitability for our vacancies and booking interviews.

You will not be required to take part in any sales activity as this is dealt with by a separate team

Speaking to candidates over the phone to ensure they are suitable

Writing and posting job adverts to external job boards

Preparing candidates for interview

Proving interview feedback and making job offers to successful applicants

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you need to be highly motivated, target driven and have the ability to work in a fast-paced and sometimes pressurised environment. You do not need to have previous experience of working in a recruitment-based role, but you will need to have excellent written and spoken communication skills as well as a positive and hardworking personality:

Excellent spoken communication skills

Professional written abilities

Comfortable dealing with new IT systems (training will be provided)

Target driven (not sales-based targets)

Hard-working and highly motivated

Monthly Bonus Incentive

Full time

Monday to Friday 8:30am-5pm

Based in Wolverhampton

Must be able to drive and have your own vehicle
