At Interaction Recruitment we strive to deliver outstanding levels of service to our candidates and clients alike, we are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist / Front of house to work for one of our sector leading clients based in Coventry, CV3.
Salary – £9.00ph
Working hours – Monday – Friday 8.30am – 2.30pm
Three-month temporary position with a view to lead to permanent employment dependant on performance.
Taking and directing calls
Completing administrative tasks like filing and delivering and accepting mail
Cleaning, organising, and maintaining the reception area
Signing in visitors and supplying them visitor's badges
Setting up meeting facilities
Greeting visitors to the facility warmly and offering them help immediately
Providing customer support
Answering questions about products or services offered at the business
Scheduling appointments and meeting times
Representing the business with a positive attitude and professional appearance
Deal with high volume of incoming emails
Track and maintain all contractor/temp/partner badges issued using various spreadsheets
Monitor security tablet to ensure company security policy is adhered to
