We are a growing and forward thinking Chartered Accountancy practice serving businesses across many sectors and throughout the UK. The practice is based in North West Birmingham and has been established 15+ years.

We are currently recruiting for a Receptionist who is able to take on administration duties. The role is for 37.5 hours a week.

Responsibilities

* Providing a warm welcome to clients and offering refreshments

* Ensuring front of house areas kept tidy and presentable at all times

* Answering calls, taking messages and transferring to the correct departments

* Drafting letters and other correspondence.

* Assisting the administration and accounting teams

* Any other general administration duties as required

Requirements

* Experience of working in a practice is preferable

* GCSE Maths and English

* Good IT skills

* Proficient at using Word and Excel

* Excellent communication skills

* Being courteous and friendly
