Quality Manager

About the role
Here at Babcock International we're looking to recruit an experienced Quality Manager Head.

You'll provide a framework for quality to drive consistency in standards across the multiple workshops and technician pool to ensure we are delivering in accordance with best practice, industry standard and our contractual obligations. You'll provide leadership, insight and direction on all matters linked to quality management.

Key Responsibilities:
* Production and maintenance of a quality strategy for the Fleet contract in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
* Provides coaching and support to the business areas and workshops in order to design, deliver and review the implementation of quality plans.
* Define the business processes, plans for quality and any associated quality targets.
* Measure and report against associated quality metrics
* Work with the customer to design and agree quality output standards for vehicles to drive consistency across the workshops.

What do I need to do the role?

You'll need experience of working with critical services to drive a quality strategy, excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience of writing processes and driving improvements, experience in engagement with the customer on quality related activities and have the ability to interpret and summarise reports and other statistical data.

What else do I need to know?
* The successful candidate must be able to achieve the appropriate security clearance level for this role.
