Job Title: Purchase/ Sales Ledger
Salary: £24,000 – £26,000
Job Type : Permanent, Full Time
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday: 8.30 – 4.30pm
Friday: 8.30am – 1pm
Duties will include:
* Ownership of ledgers including overseeing daily transactions of purchase ledger and sales ledger
* Cashbook – Managing through online banking system payments and liaising with suppliers.
* Ensure monthly targets are met with variance reporting.
* Escalation of issues, plus initiating and driving through appropriate resolution.
* Forward thinking approach with a focus on future efficiencies and driving through change.
* Flexibility to adjust to ad hoc challenges and reports as required
* Support to the wider Finance function
Skills and Experience needed:
* Experience within a similar role is essential
* Confident communication skills
* Self-motivated and an enthusiastic character
* Able to work on their own as well as part of a team
