Project and Implementation Lead – Croydon
Based from our Croydon office with some home working
Part of the Churchill Group, Chequers Contract Services Ltd is a multi-award winning service provider of School, Office and Commercial Cleaning and Grounds Maintenance, Landscaping and Arboriculture services to many distinguished clients across Greater London and the South of England.
We are searching for a Project and Implementation Lead to join our team in Chequers to lead, support and assist the region and Head of Business Support & Projects. This will involve you leading and supporting projects in line with the regions vision, strategic planning and operational requirements.

Chequers currently employs over 750 members of staff and this number is expected to grow considerably with room for progression, development and promotion
As a Project and Implementation Lead you will be responsible for:
Supporting mobilisations of new business
See project plans through to the finish & ensure all actions are evidenced and signed off
Support with managing risks using risk registers as a tool
Creates cross functional integration plans for all new Portfolio clients and tracks progress for reporting.
Works closely with Operations to understand retention risk clients and delivery of programs/activities to stabilise contract
Supports the delivery of complex operational projects
Monitor new business and assist in the preparation of new business documents & TUPE Transfer
Integration of new starters from TUPE
Create, review and complete Induction planners with new Account Managers ensuring the Regional Admin sections have been signed off and completed
As a Project and Implementation Lead you will have the following expertise and attributes:
Experience in management of projects and implementation of change
Understanding core tasks and deadlines
Strong stakeholder management and relationship building skills
Skilled in working in a highly varied role with exceptional attention to detail and excellent organisation skills.
Passionate, flexible, trustworthy and innovative.
Effective time management skills with the ability to work in a changing and growing environment
Advanced Microsoft skills
