Key Recruitment are delighted to be working with a new client based in Portsmouth who are looking for an experienced PA on a permanent, part time basis, 25 hours per week. The salary for this position will be £19,000 to £21,000 for a 25-hour week.
This is a new role in new premises so there will some office set-up tasks in the early months.
The key responsibilities for this position are:
General secretarial duties for the Chairman to include answering the telephone, typing letters and emails dictated by the chairman using Dictate Now system, writing reports and researching for ad hoc projects, booking meetings, diary management, minute taking at meetings, maintaining filing system and follow-up diary system
Booking of drivers and liaising with chauffeur company
Management of private residence, overseeing maintenance and arranging repairs to the property etc
Overseeing maintenance and arranging repairs/servicing/cleaning of 50 ft motorboat moored at Ocean Village, Southampton
Arranging holidays and travel
Overseeing maintenance and servicing of motor vehicles
Full secretarial and admin support to the Chairman in his role of Secretary of Spinnaker Lodge, a special interest masonic lodge
Processing of invoices and credit cards
To be successful in this role you will need to have the following skills and experience:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the property industry
Educated to A-Level standard
Excellent IT skills
Exceptional written & verbal skills
Knowledge of social media would be advantageous
Ability to travel as there may be occasion to travel to the Chairman’s home residence in Hampshire
