Our fantastic US law firm client is currently looking for an Office Services Assistant to join their Facilities function on a permanent basis. The main focus for the role is to provide a high level of reprographic, general office services and customer service to fee-earning departments, administrative staff and visitors to the firm. Establishing and maintaining excellent client relationships at all levels and meeting and exceedingly where possible internal SLAs in connection with the scanning or electronic reproduction of incoming mail, couriers, file storage and any other ad hoc requests.
Effective follow-up of all concerns and queries, related to reprographics and facilities. The main duties will include printing scanning and dating of documents, binding, engrossing and lamination of documents, client matter hard copy filing and client mail scanning, printing comments and mark ups on PDFs, delivery of non-matter related post and internal mail, collection of all internal and external mail from designated drop points on each floor, records Management (collection, archive, recall, Deed's, assistance, scan, label, barcodes, disposal), assistance with general facilities duties (room set ups for meeting and events and moving furniture), maintenance of reprographics equipment and ensuring stock levels are maintained.
Candidates should have prior experience working in a facilities/post room/floor support role within a professional services environment. Core hours for this role will be 10:30am- 7pm with some flexibility on shift pattern. The role has a competitive salary
