My client are a leading Welfare to Work business who, in tandem with the Government and the broader employment support community across the UK is working hard to make sure we support as many individuals as possible to get and keep a job.

They are currently running the Work and Health Programme Job Entry: Targeted Support (WHP-JETS) contract across large chunks of the UK

The Role

Reporting directly to the Regional Supply Chain Manager, the Network Development Manager will shape service provision across a large geographical area working with a diverse range of community based delivery organisations.

The post holder will lead the development of a local network of providers of interventions to meet the employability and support needs of participants on the Work and Health Programme – Job Entry: Target Support (WHP-JETS) contract commissioned by the Department for Work and Pensions.

The post holder will focus on ensuring the success of our community-based approach and building strong collaborative working arrangements with an extensive partnership and supply chain network across a large geographial area within one of the Contract Package Areas.

The candidate

The ideal candidate will ideally have an understanding of the local and regional labour market and employment issues within one of two geographical areas – Central England and Home Counties and able to maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of the benefit system and entitlements.

You will be an adept relationship and stakeholder manager, comfortable building relationships with 3rd parties and overseeing a collaborative performance based approach.


Home based with the potential to do some face-to-face activity post COVID-19: This role will be working across Central England – Geographical areas include: Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Bedfordshire & Buckinghamshire, Staffordshire, Walsall and Wolverhampton, Birmingham, Herefordshire & Worcestershire
