We have a very exciting opportunity for a Marketing Manager / Team Leader to join our Marketing Department in our head office in Birmingham!

We are looking to hire somebody who has both experience in driving the marketing strategy of the business and is also a talented digital graphic designer.

You will be creative, have fantastic communication skills, both written and verbal, and work independently.

Based in our Head Office in Birmingham City Centre, this role is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to be influential in the marketing of the company.

Responsibilities will include:

Creating and implementing marketing campaigns for all divisions within the company.
Creating and implementing social media campaigns.
Creating digital and print marketing including graphic design, photo and video editing.
Increasing and gaining followers on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn.
Develop content calendars on a weekly and monthly basis for our brand.
Ensuring designs are on brief, within brand guidelines and delivered on-time
Be able to communicate the brand guidelines and tone of voice to staff across the business. Developing and initiate the digital marketing including graphic design and e-communications.
Candidates will be able to demonstrate:

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite including Illustrator, In-Design, Audition and Photoshop experience.
Video editing skills and strong knowledge of video and graphic applications such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Affect Effects.
Ability to effectively proof your own work and that of the team (written English, quality of work, detailing, alignment etc.)
Demonstrate creativity and the ability to introduce and deliver new ideas.
Ability to work in a fast paced and results environment delivering on KPI’s.
Working to briefs and the ability to develop our brand guidelines further
Experience working across both print and digital projects.
Manage, plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media channels.
In-depth working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and Vimeo.
Proficiency in photography and equipment.
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent attention to detail.
