Internal Recruiter (Non Technical), working for a super fast growing FinTech company in central London, Permanent Role, Up to £40,000 per annum + Great Benefits, Strong Agile working i.e. 2/3 days remote
A little more about the role:
We are seeking an experienced In-house recruiter who has good experience of recruiting in the Commercial and Non Technical Space. This company has grown from strength to strength, in fact they have quadrupled their workforce in the last 3 years so its a growing company that has nearly 500 employees based in the UK and EMEA
Reporting into the Non-Technical Recruitment Lead, you will be experienced in headhunting and reaching out to passive candidates, and will utilise a blended sourcing approach to ensure the business attracts the best possible talent across a wide range of Non-Technical disciplines, such as Operations, Marketing, Project, Finance etc.
This is a role that will give you the opportunity to build relationships with a host of hiring managers and departments across the business, both in the UK and internationally.
The Internal Recruiter will be accountable for sourcing great people for our clients business and being the organiser of interviews, screenings and meetings to discuss briefs for new hires.
An important part of the role will be to build credible working relationship with key internal stakeholders as well as third party agencies as they will also support you will the company hiring plans.
Main Responsibilities of the Internal Recruiter:
Develop and update job descriptions and recruitment adverts.
Proactively recruit top candidates across a range of disciplines.
Advertise all open positions using our ATS (Workable) and elsewhere when appropriate.
Filter and phone screen candidates.
Manage candidate pipelines, directly scheduling interviews with hiring managers.
Regular updates to Recruitment Lead and other stakeholders on pipeline progress.
Ensure all our Recruitment data is kept up to date and compliant.

Whats in your DNA?
Experience in a Recruitment role (if you are an external recruiter looking to move in house this is fine!!)
Articulate, proactive and engaging.
Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Confident speaking with candidates and negotiating salaries.
Strong administrative skills.
It would also be great, but not essential if you had:
Experience in an internal Recruitment role.
Exposure to hiring Technical roles.
Any knowledge of our clients industry would be highly beneficial (PaaS/Fintech/Finance/Pensions)
