Our Client, a dynamic and innovative internet marketplace, is seeking an in house recruiter to join the talent acquisition team.
Effectively managing the full in house recruitment process, including candidate attraction, screening, interviewing, feedback and managing candidates throughout the process in a manner that supports and enhances the values of the client
Building and maintaining a viable pipeline of available and future talent
Leading the on-boarding process of new starters
From shortlists, applications and interviews you will be able to identify the skills, competencies, attitudes and behaviours appropriate to the vacancy
Meet hiring objectives within agreed time frames with accuracy and professionalism
Must be available immediately
At least 2 years experience working in an in house recruiter role
Professional experience in the full candidate attraction, recruitment and selection process, including…
Writing and placing of adverts
Use of LinkedIn to attract talent
Screening and first interviews
Managing the job offer process and on-boarding of new starters
Delivering constructive feedback to unsuccessful applicants
Competent MS Office and 365 skills to support the processes and share information with Directors and colleagues
Excellent time management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively within a team
