Regional Manager – Healthcare Recruitment

We are boldly investing and to continue our growth we are looking for an impressive Regional Managers to lead our Healthcare business in the region. Through our 25 branches and 8 divisions we invoice circa 1500 customers per month – so that opens very many doors for you. What a superb opportunity this is.

The role

This is a hands-on role and we look for action people who get stuck in.

The role is to recruit and build our Healthcare business and team in the region. Ideally you should be good with both trainees and experienced staff as trainees is a great way to grow the business.

This role can lead on to a regional director.

About you

You will be a successful Healthcare recruiter and be in a management role.

You will be good at finding and tracking down talent and training recruitment practice and sales.

You will have an ability to spot talent and ability, passion and desire.

You will be a team player, ambitious and determined to build a strong team.
