Job Title: Graduate Business Development Executive

Salary: £23,000/£25,000 basic salary, location dependent – plus £5,400 OTE

Selling predominantly into the UK and Irish markets, Pareto have placed more than 30 graduates with this undisputed market leader. Benefiting from further heavy investment, they’re now looking to take on 7 more graduates as Business Development Executives, to drive new business and open up opportunities for the company across many different locations! One of our Pareto Graduates is now Head of Specification for the UK at Tobermore – there is real scope to grow and develop professionally with this fantastic enterprise.

Business Development Executive Package: 

A competitive basic salary of £23,000/£25,000 location dependent, plus a one off new starter bonus of £900 paid in the first 6 months
Potential to earn up to £5,400 on your lead target bonus after 6 months

Business Development Executive Role:

Obtain a comprehensive working knowledge of Tobermore, its marketplace and product suite
Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual targets
Self-generate sales opportunities via the telephone, email and online sources
Build rapport and professional relationships with key decision makers externally, building value and generating leads successfully to ensure a healthy sales pipeline
Effectively demonstrate and present all products and services 
Commit time to personal and role development 
Maintain acceptable levels of sales activities (Calls, Proposals and Demonstrations)
Work closely with internal departments within the sales, delivery and support process
Contribute to internal and external sales, and marketing communications
Document all activity and sales contact in the internal CRM system 
Deliver timely and accurate sales pipeline reporting and feedback to sales management
Ad-hoc duties that the business may require
Business Development Executive:

Educated to degree level
Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – you must really enjoy engaging with others on a regular basis
Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
Adaptable and resilient
