The Role

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Finance Administrator who is interested in developing their career in fast-paced business environment. The right attitude is vital, we are looking for a positive, can-do person able to assist us to achieve our business objectives.

The role will be reporting to Financial Controller and responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:

Process patient expenses claim including recording, reconciling and preparing payment
Respond promptly and completely to travel expenses related queries
Maintaining accurate records
Assist the finance team with filing and archiving
Reconcile delivery notes with supplier invoices
Assist Purchase Ledger Officer during payment run
Undertake account reconciliations as required
Ad-hoc projects given by Finance Director
Requirements:

Minimum 1 year previous experience
Basic IT Skills, including, Excel, Word and Outlook
