EUC Architect, £62,000 – Fully Remote

We’re exciting to be hiring for a EUC Architect to design and implement Microsoft 365 and Modern Desktop based solutions for a wide range of clients across the UK. You’ll be joining a leading IT Services business and will be able to work fully remotely with customer site visits when required.

You will quickly become the SME or ‘champion’ for all Microsoft Modern Workplace technologies – Windows 10, Intune, SCCM, Auto Pilot, O365. As the EUC Architect you will bridge the gap between support teams and Pre sales. This role will span across a wide range of clients in varying sectors and as well as architecting cloud solutions you will be guiding the pre sales teams when necessary.

EUC Architect, daily responsibilities:

Designing, architecting and assisting with the implement and support of Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Modern Workplace based solutions.
Frequently working closely with clients to understand and capture requirements, developing technically and commercially viable solutions, either for new opportunities with new customers, transformation for existing customers or complex problems for previously implemented solutions.
Owning a standard documentation library for these products, ensuring they are regularly reviewed and updated in line with industry changes to technologies and methodologies.
Acting as a technical authority, working with the support teams and respective managers to keep them appraised on changes in technology and helping drive appropriate technical training.
Essential Experience Required:

Proven track record designing Microsoft Cloud solutions for customers, including:
ü  Microsoft Intune

ü  Microsoft 365 applications and services

ü  Microsoft conditional access technologies including MFA and PIM

ü  Microsoft security technologies including ATP and Windows Defender

Experienced architect, highly motivated and capable of quickly engaging with a diverse client base with their own unique set of challenges and complexities.
Demonstrable previous experience of architecting, implementing and supporting large-scale Microsoft workplace environments within a managed services environment or single, large enterprise.
Capable of producing detailed, well thought-through system design and functional specifications for Modern Workplace projects and solutions.
Strong understanding of cloud services, with a particular focus on Microsoft 365 and Azure, coupled with a general understanding of traditional hosted technologies and approach.
