We have a truly unique opportunity for a skilled Personal Assistant to undertake what is sure to be a career defining opportunity, working from the CEO’s personal office on their estate in the Hereford area.
As Personal Assistant, working on a one to one basis, you will be fully responsible for your CEO’s business and personal schedule, managing their diary efficiently and effectively across all areas of their business and personal life, to ensure maximum impact and best utilisation of time. With exceptional commercial awareness and forward planning, you will oversee the intricacies of an exceptionally busy diary of a true entrepreneur, including a full range of international and domestic travel arrangement, as well as providing full and complex itineraries, agenda’s, executive summaries and briefing papers.
Acting as the “gatekeeper”, as the first point of contact and ambassador for your CEO, as a skilled communicator and multi-tasker you will juggle an array of responsibilities. As this individual has multiple business interests across a range of sectors, you will need to be comfortable liaising with a diverse mix of stakeholders at all levels on his behalf, with a professional approach being essential, as well as exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
You will have full management of your CEO’s inbox, and will support them in the delivery of a diverse mix of professional and personal projects, including management of their property portfolio, to ensure the effective flow of information and meeting of deadlines. With an exceptional eye for detail, you will instinctively be one step ahead at all times, understanding the key stakeholders you will be liaising with, participating in working groups to support the delivery of systems, processes and policy.
Client facing in all you do, you will produce presentations for internal and external audiences, attend events as required, and act as a custodian of social media accounts. You will work closely with your CEO, ensuring that weekly briefings take place between you so that you can support seamlessly with all personal and professional interests.
You will be an exceptional PA, with significant experience of supporting an entrepreneurial business owner. You will have gravitas and will be able to build relationships easily at all levels, and not afraid to “push back” when needed. You will be hands on, happy to roll your sleeves up and get involved with anything that may be required.
