The Designer will create engaging and immersive learning programmes across a range of delivery methods. With impeccable craft and attention to detail, you’ll be designing effective online and offline learning, always on brand but always bringing something extra, new and impressive. A keenness to explore the limits of your imagination and talent and a genuine passion for using innovation in technology to enhance learning experiences predominantly in the automotive sector but for a wide range of sectors too.

You’ll work within the Learning Comms team but will also work sometimes within the wider agency, creative and studio. Presenting and liaising with clients as is necessary. You’ll lead the learning creative design process, working in collaboration with content development teams, subject matter experts, external clients, and other stakeholders.

You will take complex content from Subject Matter Experts and creating engaging and compelling concepts and designs to support learning, create genuinely original designs, that solve problems for clients head-on and develop strong relationships with clients and lead them through all the stages of the creative process including leading Client creative reviews.

You will lead, inspire and partner with clients to help them understand the value of our work – giving them the confidence to commission our most original and progressive creative thinking.

You are meticulous and demonstrated design skills, fully mac proficient in Indesign, Photoshop, Illustrator with a strong understanding of video production.
