An exciting new opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join a lovely nursing home based in Coventry. The home is ideally situated in Coventry and is within easy reach of public transport links, local shops and amenities. This warm and friendly service offers a homely environment for the residents and their families. The home boasts a range of excellent facilities including regular visits from a chiropodist, hair stylist, complementary therapies and a variety of activities for the residents to enjoy. Staff morale at the home is very high and the Home Manager is looking for a caring and passionate Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to join their friendly team of staff.

The service provides person centred care for elderly residents, as well as residents with a range of mental health conditions including dementia and Alzheimers. The home boasts an excellent reputation for the quality of care that they provide and are looking for a driven Deputy Manager ( RGN / RMN / RNLD ) to work alongside the manager, ensuring the smooth running of the service at all times.
