Data Administrator (Marketing Team)

A global software development company are looking for a Data Administrator join their growing marketing team and provide valuable data administration support during day-to-day business operations and key marketing campaigns.

As a Data Administrator you’ll be responsible for ensuring the key CRM System (Salesforce) is always kept up to date with accurate information through adding new data, checking and updating the information. You’ll play a key role in marketing campaigns through generating client lists for the team and support the sales department with ad-hoc information requests and client account information.

It’s a new role within the team, so you’ll have the opportunity to shape and mould the role as your knowledge grows. Ideally, as you settle within the role, you’ll be the type of person to suggest ideas of additional ways you can support the team.

No specific previous data administration experience is necessary, but ideally, you’ll be able to demonstrate;

* Great attention to detail

* Excellent communication skills

* Can demonstrate initiative and a ‘can do’ approach

* Good writing skills

* A good technical understanding – you can grasp new systems and software quickly.

* Strong admin skills
