Whether you are a seasoned professional or looking to make your break in collections, you will love working in this modern, open-plan and friendly call centre environment.


Working as part of the Customer Service team you will be speaking with existing customers of the company about their account queries and helping to answer or assist in the best way possible. Whether that be temporarily freezing/deactivating lost or stolen cards, resetting online banking passwords or helping them update their account details. You will work closely with these customers to deliver the very best level; of service possible.

Salary: £18,533 per annum / £8.91 per hour

Working Hours

The position is a full time and permanent contract.

Contracted to 40 hours per week, working 5 days out of 7.

Must be flexible Monday to Sunday, please see below times during the week.

Monday to Sunday between the hours of 8am – 8pm


4-week training programme Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, this will be fully paid! During this period, we cannot authorise any absence/annual leave as we require 100% commitment throughout the 4 weeks training.
