Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Home based
Salary: £18,950 + getting started bonus + great benefits
Hours: 35 hours per week working between 8am-8pm Mon-Fri and Sat 9am-5pm (1 in 2)
Term: fixed term contract until 31/12/2021
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor for a client based home based.

What is involved?
To provide an efficient and appropriate response to customers and other business partners, while dealing with enquires in a helpful, proactive and professional manner.
What are we looking for?
Excellent customer service skills
Remaining professional at all time
Call centre experience (Our client would love to hear from you if you have prior call centre experience)
