We have an excellent opportunity to join our Customer Service Team at Liverpool Street Station working as a Customer Information Host (Static) on a 12 Months fixed term contract.

The Role

As a Customer Information Host, you will be working at our Information Point, and Stansted Express Desk, both which are at London Liverpool Street Station. This will ensure that you are the first point of contact for our customers needing help in GA's busiest station!

Duties include staffing the help desk, being involved with disabled person assistance, and making announcements. There will also be some light cleaning duties.

Your key responsibilities will involve attending to the needs and requests of our customers in a professional manner, and continually looking for ways of enhancing customer service. The customers overall experience should be at the heart of every decision you make.

This role will include working a combination of earlies, lates, and weekends

What we are looking for

We are looking for a colleague who has a high level of professionalism and a positive attitude. The ideal candidate should be pro-active and friendly when dealing with our customers.

Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role. This role will require you to remain calm under pressure whilst maintaining integrity at all times. You must be flexible (in your working hours).
