Customer Experience Manager / Account Manager

We have 2 fantastic opportunities for experienced Account Manager who are client facing with strong sales and negotiation experience. You will join a growing team servicing and assigned cluster of accounts to develop strong customer relations to cross and upsell services.

Purpose of the role:

To ensure the smooth uptake of new BCS accounts from within an assigned cluster. Maintain and increase revenue from existing accounts within assigned cluster by up and cross selling services. Support and assist customers within assigned cluster. Ensure smooth handover to External BCS Technical Consultant upon customer leaving centre.

Key responsibilities

* Maximise revenue and profitability of allocated BCS Cluster

* Proactively upsell services within assigned cluster

* Actively increase centre penetration

* Increase customer base within allocated BCS Cluster

* To uphold, maintain and increase levels of customer satisfaction

* Accurately report on weekly and monthly figures to BCS Sales Manager

* Thorough and accurate selling of Products and services

* Correct completion of paperwork.

* Conduct business in a manner that represents core values

* Deliver exceptional customer service.

Skills/Knowledge/Understanding

* Strong sales and negotiation techniques.

* Excellent communication, organisation and administration skills.

* Excellent customer service approach.

* Ability to meet tight deadlines.

* Excellent telephone manner.

* Ability to work as part of a team and to use your own initiative.

* Quick learner with good attention to detail, accuracy and presentation.

* At least one year’s experience working within a telecommunications/data company, preferably in a commercial fast-paced environment.
