Contracts Coordinator / Administrator required to work for our client who are a leading plumbing and heating services provider, based in Sutton. They are looking to recruit an Administrator / Coordinator who would ideally have experience working within a building services contracts team. The most successful candidate will be based close to Sutton and attend the office on a daily basis.
The Contracts Coordinator / Administrator will be assisting members of the contracts team such as contract engineers, supervisors and managers. You will be tasked with organising the labour and materials for multiple sites, collating health and safety reports and ensure that they are completed and correct.
Contracts Coordinator / Administrator Position Overview
Liaise with Clients/Site staff on a daily basis
Plan, organise coordinate and control the projects from start to handover
Keep the client informed of any cost/time issues
Assist with the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
Produce/update project documentation
Collate H&S/Site welfare/RAMS administration
Contracts Coordinator / Administrator Position Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or coordinator role, within a building services / HVAC service provider.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Experience of all Microsoft packages Experience within a service led or customer service environment
