Customer Service Advisor
Location: Pendeford Business Park
Pay Rate : £10.33ph
 Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client, a leading UK bank who have been supporting customers, communities and businesses in the UK for over 320 years. You will be working within their commercial banking team, supporting their customers with any technical queries they may have in regards to their commercial banking platform.
Job Details:

 6 month temporary contract
Shift patterns Monday – Friday: 08:00 – 18:00
35 hours a weekResponsibilities:

Categorise tasks coming through to the mailbox
Prioritise based on the nature of the task ready for the automated system
High volume of tasks to process on a daily basis
Can require telephony or composing emails to customers
Updating internal systems to ensure accuracy of information
Respond to a range of customer queries, clarifying customers understanding of the information being given
Key Skills:

Adaptable to change as every case is different
Strong customer service skills and experience
Strong communication both written and verbally
Resilience
A team-based approach to work, and a desire to coach and advise colleagues on best practice and new developmentsBenefits:
