Role: Children and Young People Support Worker:
Location: Birmingham B20
Contract: Full Time Contract 37.5 hours plus sleep ins
Salary: Salary: ranged between £21,500-£23,500 inclusive of sleep ins
Shift Pattern- mixture of earlies, lates, long days and sleep ins. 07:00- 22:30

Safehands Recruitment are excited to be supporting a fantastic small residential childcare provider in the Birmingham Area.
They have exciting opportunities for experienced and new candidates wanting to join teams working specialist services for girls and boys who have emotional behavioural, social and challenging behaviour difficulties. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a small independent provider and make a real difference to a child’s life.
The environment will house up to 4 young people of the ages 7-17. We underpin all this with our safeguarding expertise: keeping young people safe while teaching them the skills to reduce their own risk and make better more informed decisions”
The basic hourly rate is up to £9.50ph dependent on experience, and qualification plus between £3,200-£4,800 in sleep in allowance
