Role: Call Centre Team Leader
Location: Home Based
Salary: £25, 000
Hours: working between 1PM TO 11PM – 40 hours per week
Operational hours are Mon to Sunday so you will work 5 days out of 7 each week.
I am delighted to be partnering with a client who are keen to bring on a Call Centre Team Leader to work night shifts based at home.
They are looking for experienced, passionate Call Centre Team Leaders to join their team who can get positive results for their teams.

Key Responsibilities of a Call Centre Team Leader:
Supervising a team of advisors working within customer services
Ensuring the team are delivering against set KPIs
Coaching & developing your direct reports
