Business Development Manager role focussing on people who use pneumatics in their own manufactured products (OEM's).
Targeting customers in the life science sector.
Winning new business and managing existing accounts.
Niche applications such as the government’s ventilator project.
Typically, you are selling a value proposition and it is important to sell the right proposition to the right person in the account.
This is a component sales role where once they sell the concept the product is used repeatedly.
This person will have a buddy for at least the first 6 months to help with learning.
Typically, 1-2 calls per day (not KPI'd).
£45k-£55k plus 25% bonus.
Can live between the M4 and M62 – Covering nationwide.
The Ideal Person:
Proven track record of OEM Business Development.
Life Science or Pharmaceutical OEM sales experience
Aggressive, new business hunter.
Engineering products – any sector.
Worked with large production clients selling components.
Able to sell a value proposition.
Able to deal with all levels within a production OEM.
