Branch Manager – Jewson Supply Partnerships – Bournville, Birmingham, West Midlands

Jewson Supply Partnerships (JPS) is a brand within Saint-Gobain which specialises in providing solutions for public sector organisations such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities. We have been in partnership with Bournville Village Housing Trust for several years for whom we provide a dedicated store and service incorporating a range of solutions.

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to empower and energise colleagues in order to provide Bournville Village Housing Trust with an exceptional service.

You'll build relationships with our internal and external customers whilst ensuring the store operates in a safe manner and in line with all company policies and procedures.

As a Branch Manager with Jewson Supply Partnerships, you will:

Lead, inspire and motivate an ambitious team to ensure the client contract is fulfilled and all expectations are exceeded with focus on continuous improvement
Implement and deliver an excellent customer experience, maintaining strong effective relationships with both local customers and suppliers.
Monitor KPIs for the branch and look for new ways to innovate and drive growth for the business.
Ensure the branch operates according to Saint Gobain's Safety and Wellbeing principles to create a safe working environment.

So if you…

Have a strong background in management and empowering your colleagues.
Have had experience within the construction / building materials industry.
Can demonstrate achieving over and above targeted KPI's.
Have strong commercial and financial awareness.
Are resilient by nature and confident in managing conflict.
Are comfortable with occasional travel as may be required for the role – full and valid UK driving license is highly desirable.
