We are currently assisting out client to recruit two Back Office Sales Administrators due to company re-organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company where growth and development are actively promoted and to join a friendly and busy after sales team.
The role is to operate in a specific geography within a Subsidiary, phoning on Customers within their Installed Base (IB) – and possibly also prospects – to understand the customers' needs and determining how best we as a company can best support this customer from an aftersales perspective. Offering solutions such as company Best Choice Care Programs Consumables and Parts, Training, 360 Advisors, Services etc. The role would report directly to the local After sales Manager.
Responsible for contributing to the achievement of after sales targets as agreed with local management and company service products portfolio in line with strategic service business unit
Responsible for developing the relationship and revenue with inactive and lost customers
Leads with a culture or proactivity where after sales revenue should be identified, nurtured and delivered
To increase the revenue with all customers focusing on those with highest potential
To have a high wide and deep contact list within their customer base
Leads and promotes the company culture and values. Creates a positive and inclusive working environment for all team members
Supports the machines sales with after sales portfolio
Maintains records of all customer communications within the By company CRM where available or via a manual alternative to ensure all commitments are managed and delivered
Develops/Execute local campaigns with HQ Product Management based upon market needs
Previous sales and customer retention experience is essential for this role.
Computer literate using Word, Excel and used to using CRM systems is a must.
Excellent communication both in writing & orally required to a high standard
