Receptionist / Administration £18500 to £23500

You will be working as Receptionist / Administrator for a business that hosts sports events, industry tradeshows, team building events and new product launches to award ceremonies, charity events and weddings.

Due to the nature of the role, you would be expected to work Monday to Friday standard office hours and weekends when required with a day of in lieu or overtime paid.

The duties will include.

Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly manner
Welcome visitors in a warm and friendly manner and answer any questions visitors have.
Update signage for the Conference and Events Dept
Maintain reception areas and all common areas in a clean and tidy manner at all times
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors, contractors and maintain the Fire Book
Receive deliveries; sort and distribute incoming mail
Take inventory of Office supplies and restock as needed
Fire Warden and 1st Aider
Maintain the general office filing system
Office Admin for the Senior Management Team.
